92bet was built around one straightforward idea: Pakistan players deserve a gaming platform that actually works for them — fast payments in PKR, sports coverage that puts cricket front and centre, and support that's available when you need it. This page covers who we are, what we've built, and why we put the effort into getting the details right.
92bet started from a fairly honest observation: most online gaming platforms that operated in Pakistan were clearly built for someone else. The currency display was in USD or EUR, the payment options didn't include JazzCash or Easypaisa, the sports section treated cricket as a secondary category sitting below European football leagues, and customer support was staffed by people who clearly had no familiarity with the local experience. Players were adapting themselves to fit platforms that weren't designed with them in mind.
We built 92bet the other way around. The starting point was what a player based in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad or anywhere else in Pakistan actually needs from a gaming platform — and then working outwards from there. That meant building the cashier around PKR from day one rather than retrofitting a currency converter on top of a USD-first system. It meant making sure JazzCash and Easypaisa worked properly, not just appearing as options that sometimes time out or require multiple attempts. It meant designing the sports section so that a PSL match gets the same level of market depth and odds quality that European football fixtures get on other platforms.
The casino offering — which includes slots, table games, live dealer tables and bingo — was built to complement the sports side rather than replace it. Some players come to 92bet specifically for cricket betting and visit the casino occasionally. Others are primarily casino players who follow the sports section during PSL season. The platform is set up so both types of player can use it comfortably without one experience getting in the way of the other.
We're an 18+ platform, and we take that seriously. Responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session reminders, self-exclusion — are built into every account regardless of VIP tier, and they're accessible without needing to contact support. Gaming on 92bet is meant to be entertaining, and we want players to be able to manage their experience in a way that keeps it that way.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR through channels Pakistan players already use:
Six things Pakistan players consistently appreciate about the platform — in plain terms, not marketing copy.
Your balance, bets, deposits, withdrawals and bonus amounts are all displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees. There are no hidden conversion steps, no USD amounts requiring mental arithmetic, and no currency exchange fees eating into your winnings. What you see in your account is exactly what you're working with.
PSL, T20 World Cup, Pakistan vs India tests, domestic fixtures — 92bet covers cricket with the depth it deserves in this market. Live in-play markets update ball by ball during PSL fixtures, and pre-match markets open well in advance so you can place your bets before the toss. The sports section doesn't treat cricket as an afterthought.
The platform was designed knowing most Pakistan players use it from a smartphone. The layout adapts to any screen width without horizontal scrolling, the bet slip sits at the bottom of the screen for easy thumb access, and JazzCash or Easypaisa deposits complete without leaving the browser. It works on budget Android phones just as well as flagship devices.
The five-tier VIP system — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — rewards players based on actual activity. Higher tiers bring faster withdrawal processing, higher transaction limits, dedicated account support and access to exclusive promotions. Points accumulate automatically with every settled bet and completed casino session.
Customer support runs around the clock via live chat, accessible directly from within your logged-in account. When you contact from inside your account the team can see your details immediately, which means queries about payments, bonuses or technical issues get resolved faster. Support staff are familiar with the local context — JazzCash delays, PSL betting questions and the like.
Deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion are available in every account from day one — not hidden behind a support ticket process. These tools are there for any player who wants firmer boundaries, at any VIP tier. 92bet is an adults-only platform and we take the 18+ requirement seriously at registration and throughout the account lifecycle.
From a focused sports betting product to a full-service gaming platform — here's how 92bet developed into what it is today.
92bet launched with a core sports betting product, prioritising cricket markets and PKR payments from the outset. JazzCash and Easypaisa were integrated at launch rather than added later as an afterthought.
The casino section launched with slots, table games and live dealer studios, giving players a reason to stay on the platform between cricket fixtures and during off-season periods.
The five-tier VIP loyalty programme rolled out alongside a dedicated bingo section, rounding out the platform's offering and rewarding players who made 92bet their primary gaming destination.
92bet today covers sports, casino, live casino, bingo, a structured VIP programme and regular promotions — all in PKR, all accessible from a mobile browser without downloading anything.
These aren't mission-statement buzzwords. They're the practical principles that show up in how the platform actually works.
Every significant feature decision on 92bet is evaluated against one question: does this actually help a player based in Pakistan? Payment methods, sports coverage, bonus structures, support availability — they're all optimised for local relevance, not adapted from a generic international template.
Bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal terms and promotion conditions are written to be readable rather than deliberately obscured. Players should be able to understand what they're opting into before they commit — not discover the fine print after the fact.
Deposit speed and withdrawal reliability are things Pakistan players have historically had issues with on other platforms. We've invested heavily in making sure JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast transactions process quickly and consistently — because a platform that holds your money is not one players stay with.
We want players to enjoy 92bet as entertainment over the long term. That's a genuinely better outcome than a player spending beyond their means and leaving the platform unhappy. The responsible gaming tools aren't there for appearances — they're there because sustainable, enjoyable gaming is a better outcome for everyone.
The platform you use today is not a finished product. New game titles, payment method updates, VIP benefit improvements, sports market expansions and interface refinements happen on an ongoing basis. Player feedback — through support interactions, account activity patterns and direct input — shapes what gets prioritised.
92bet is run by people with genuine backgrounds in gaming, technology and customer experience — with a particular focus on the Pakistan market.
Responsible for how the platform feels to use — navigation structure, mobile layout, bet slip design and the overall flow from registration through to placing a bet and requesting a withdrawal.
Sets and manages the odds across all sports markets including cricket, football and esports. PSL fixtures get dedicated attention during the tournament with live odds management throughout each match.
Handles player queries around the clock via live chat. The team is trained on local payment methods and common Pakistan player situations so most issues get resolved in the first contact without escalation.
Manages account security, fraud prevention and responsible gaming enforcement. Handles identity verification, monitors for unusual account activity and ensures the platform operates with player protection at the centre.
Cricket occupies a different place in Pakistan than it does in most other markets. It's not one sport among many — it's the dominant shared cultural event, particularly during PSL season and when the national team is playing. The 92bet sports section reflects that reality rather than treating cricket as a niche category alongside dozens of equally weighted leagues from other countries.
During PSL, every fixture gets full pre-match market coverage including match winner, top batsman, total runs, player of the match and various over-by-over markets. Once a game starts, the live betting section keeps markets active ball by ball with odds that update in real time based on match situation. The scorecard is visible within the betting interface so you're not switching between apps to follow what's happening.
International cricket — including T20 World Cup, bilateral series and test matches — gets the same treatment. Pakistan versus India fixtures in particular attract significant player interest and the platform is prepared for that with deep markets and stable odds infrastructure during peak traffic periods.
Football is available with coverage of major European leagues, Champions League and international fixtures. Esports has grown as a section given the strong gaming culture among younger Pakistan players, with CS:GO, Dota 2 and Valorant tournament markets available regularly. The sports section is broad enough to keep players engaged year-round, with cricket at its centre.
The casino section of 92bet runs over a thousand titles across slots, classic table games and specialty games. Slots cover a wide range of styles from straightforward three-reel formats through to feature-heavy video slots with multiple bonus rounds, buy-feature options and progressive jackpot pools. Table games include standard Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat variants as well as poker-style games.
The live casino section brings real dealer games via high-definition video streams. You're watching an actual dealer handle cards or spin a wheel in a purpose-built studio, placing bets through your browser interface. Game shows — which blend casino mechanics with TV game show formats — are popular particularly among players who find traditional table games less familiar. Live casino works well on a standard Pakistan 4G connection without significant buffering on most devices.
Bingo on 92bet runs in dedicated rooms with scheduled sessions at regular intervals throughout the day and evening, plus some open-play rooms that run continuously. It's a social format where players join the same session and compete against each other for prize pools rather than playing against the house in isolation. The pace is more relaxed than sports betting or slots, which makes it popular as a secondary activity for players who have a cricket match on in the background.
All three sections — casino, live casino and bingo — are accessible from the same account and the same balance. There's no separate wallet to manage or transfer between sections. Your PKR balance works everywhere on the platform from the moment you deposit.
Player support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat inside your account. For general enquiries, you can also reach us by email — response times for email are typically within a few hours during peak periods.
92bet is strictly an adults-only platform. Registering requires confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older, and account verification checks are in place to enforce this. We don't cut corners on age verification because protecting under-18s from gambling is not negotiable.
For adult players, responsible gaming means having the tools to manage your own experience. Setting a weekly deposit limit takes two minutes from account settings. Session time reminders can be set to alert you after a specified period of play. Self-exclusion — which temporarily or permanently removes your access to the platform — is available immediately from account settings without requiring a support conversation. None of these tools require you to justify your decision or wait for approval.
